目的:建立谷维素中痕量元素的含量测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以钪(Sc),锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)为内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定谷维素原料中铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)8种痕量元素的含量。结果:标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999 0,该方法对各元素的检出限在0.001~0.009 mg·kg~(-1)范围内,各元素加标回收率范围为87.7%~117.0%,RSDs均小于3.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确快速、灵敏度高,可用于谷维素中痕量元素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace elements in oryzanol. Methods: After microwave digestion, the content of chromium (Cr) in oryzanol was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) using scandium, germanium, indium and bismuth as internal standards, Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, Hg and Pb. Results: The correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all greater than 0.999 0. The detection limits of the method were within the range of 0.001-0.009 mg · kg -1, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 87.7% to 117.0%. The RSDs Less than 3.5% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of trace elements in oryzanol.
