为探讨低浓度一氧化碳对成年及老龄大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( G S H Px)的影响。实验选用 Wistar雄性健康3 月龄成年及18 月龄老龄大鼠。成年鼠组暴露于自然空气、10、25 m g/m 3 C O,老龄鼠组暴露于自然空气、10 m g/m 3 C O。每组均为5 只。暴露方式为静式染毒,2 小时/天,染毒30 天。测定全血、心组织、脑组织 G S H Px。结果表明,成年大鼠在25 m g/m 3 C O染毒下,第30 天血液及脑组织 G S H Px 明显升高,而10 m g/m 3 C O染毒时,老龄大鼠及成年大鼠 G S H Px 均未见异常变化,提示25 m g/m 3 是成年鼠 C O的阈浓度,10 m g/m 3 是成年鼠 C O的阈下浓度。同时还说明,在10 m g/m 3 C O引起 G S H Px 升高方面,老龄大鼠并不比成年大鼠更敏感。
