龙仕连同志是一位曾在25年军旅生涯中荣立过3次三等功的中国人民解放军某师原副参谋长(正团职),1986年转业回文昌市任市委办公室副主任,1993年6月调任市工商局局长兼市个协会长。他到任后,坚持“两手抓,两手都要硬”的方针,紧密结合工商行政管理的职能和特点,功实抓好精神方文明建设,取得了显著成果,有力地促进了全局各项工作年年迈上新台阶。去年来,先后荣获“全省精神文明建设活动积极分子”、“全省军转干部先进个人”、“全省社会治安综合治理积极分子”、“全省工商行政管理系统先进工作者”、“全市优秀共产党员”等多项殊荣。该局也先后被授予“全国工商行政管理系统先进集体”、“全省工商行政管理系统先进集体”、“全市基层先进党组织”等19项荣誉称号。
Long Shilian Comrade was a former PLA Chief of Staff (former regiment) who had served in the 25th-year military career for 3 third-class service.
