一、虚拟仪器的产生计算机科学和微电子技术的迅速发展和普及,有力地促进了多年来发展相对缓慢的仪器技术。目前正在研究的第三代自动测试系统中,出现了新的仪器概念——虚拟仪器VI(Virtual Instrument)。由于虚拟仪器应用软件集成了仪器的所有采集、控制、数据分析、结果输出和用户界面等功能,使传统仪器的某些硬件乃至整个仪器都被计算机软件所代替。虚拟仪器的基本思想是利用计算机来管理仪器、组织仪器系统,进而逐步代替仪器完成某些功能,最终达到取代传统电子仪器的目的。虚拟仪器实质上是软硬结合、虚实结合的产物,是充分利用最新的计算机技术来实现和扩展传统仪器的功能。我们知道,任何仪器基本上都分三部分组成,即数
