目的:优选小儿清热宁颗粒中4种药材热回流提取工艺的参数。方法:采用正交L9(34)试验,以不同工艺条件下HPLC特征图谱色谱峰综合成分转移率为指标,优选小儿清热宁颗粒热回流提取工艺参数。结果:优选的小儿清热宁颗粒热回流提取工艺为:柴胡与金银花、黄芩、板蓝根合提加14倍处方量水,70℃负压回流煎煮2 h,继而大回流提取循环4 h。结论:新的提取工艺环节少,易操控,省时节能,获得的工艺参数能够更好地保证提取物的质量。
Objective: To optimize the parameters of heat reflux extraction of four herbs in Qingreningning Granules of Children. Methods: The orthogonal L9 (34) test was used to determine the overall composition transfer rate of chromatographic peaks of HPLC characteristic chromatogram under different technological conditions. Results: The optimal extraction process of Qingreningning granules in children was as follows: Bupleurum and Honeysuckle, Scutellaria baicalensis and Radix isatidis were added with 14 times of prescription water and refluxed for boiling at 70 ℃ for 2 hours, then refluxed for 4 hours. Conclusion: The new extraction process less links, easy to manipulate, save time and energy, the process parameters obtained to better ensure the quality of the extract.
