目的了解并掌握新疆“十二五”期间鼠疫流行形势及防治工作现状。方法统计分析2011—2015年全疆各级鼠疫防治监测报告数据。结果 “十二五”期间,新疆累计有146个县(市、区)次在五大类型约330 000 km2鼠疫自然疫源地内开展鼠疫监测及预防控制工作,监测区域覆盖全疆22个鼠疫疫源县(市、区),目标完成率100%,未发生人间鼠疫疫情;累计监测到53个县(市、区)次发生动物间鼠疫疫情,占全疆年均开展鼠疫监测工作县(市、区)的40.4%,检出鼠疫菌113株,鼠疫菌F1抗体阳性血清590份;其中,北天山长尾黄鼠—灰旱獭和准噶尔盆地大沙鼠鼠疫自然疫源地疫情活跃,年均分别3.0个和6.0个县(市、区)发生动物鼠疫疫情,占全疆的28.3%和56.6%;检出鼠疫菌株数分别占全疆的84.96%和13.30%;鼠疫菌F1抗体阳性血清数分别占全疆的18.5%和76.6%。结论 “十二五”期间,新疆动物间鼠疫疫情呈现多点散发、局部暴发、稳定持续流行的状态;鼠疫防控机构体系和基础能力建设显著提高,动物间鼠疫疫情得到有效监测和控制,连续保持22年未发生人间鼠疫。
Objective To understand and grasp the epidemic situation of plague in Xinjiang during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period and the current situation of prevention and treatment. Methods Statistical analysis of 2011-2015 plague prevention and treatment at all levels of monitoring data. Results During the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, a total of 146 counties (cities, districts) in Xinjiang carried out plague surveillance and prevention and control work in five types of plague natural foci of about 330,000 km2. Conclusions During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the outbreak of plague in Xinjiang showed multiple outbreaks, partial outbreaks and steady epidemic states. The plague prevention and control system system and basic capacity building were significantly improved, and the plague epidemic among the animals was effectively monitored and controlled , For 22 consecutive years without human plague occurred.
