运动队的管理是竞技体育工作永恒的主题。信任,因其普遍性和重要性,既是多学科关注的热点,也是运动队管理者必须重视的问题。本文从信任理论相关研究成果出发,结合国家短道速滑队的管理实践,对理论成果予以实证性的检验和思考。研究认为,信任是塑造高绩效运动队的必要条件,信任可以通过具体的管理举措来培育和强化。实证资料就此给出了有价值的建议,如:共同的使命、关心的态度、公正的处事、程序化的参赛等。
Sports team management is the eternal theme of competitive sports. Because of its universality and importance, trust is not only a hot issue of multidisciplinary concern, but also a problem that sports team managers must pay attention to. Based on the research results of trust theory and the management practices of the National Skaters, this paper tests and relies on the theoretical results. According to the research, trust is a necessary condition for shaping a high performance sports team. Trust can be nurtured and strengthened through specific management measures. Empirical data on this give valuable suggestions, such as: a common mission, caring attitude, impartiality, procedural participation and so on.
