新自动技术被并入空中交通管理系统之前,需要经过大量的分析和验证。不但功能示范而且确定所有系统性能和可靠性都需要这种分析和验证。运行验证的危险和成本阻碍了它的正常使用。尤其是验证系统的适应性--强制蓄意发生严重的失误来确保它们能够合理的掌控。幸运的是,本篇论文描述了用于评估在终端区飞行时所使用的各种自动技术的性能和适应性而设计的模拟系统。它同样也提出了一些关于系统使用的初步结论。
New automated technologies need to undergo extensive analysis and verification before they can be incorporated into the ATM system. This analysis and verification is required not only for functional demonstration but also for the determination of all system performance and reliability. The dangers and costs of running validation have hindered its normal use. In particular, verify the suitability of the system - forcing deliberately serious errors to ensure that they are properly managed. Fortunately, this paper describes a simulation system designed to evaluate the performance and adaptability of the various automated technologies used in flight in the terminal area. It also proposed some preliminary conclusions about the use of the system.
