薪酬制度要有效发挥其激励作用有一个前提那就是建立在公平基础上,只有当人们认为奖励是公平的,才会产生满意,激发动机。长期以来,受各种因素的影响,我国企业的薪酬设计已成为企业发展过程中的一个短板,制定合理的薪酬管理制度对贯彻企业经营理念和行为,适应市场竞争,实现企业可持续发展尤为重要。本文通过分析我国企业薪酬制度,揭示了当前我国企业在薪酬管理方面存在的一些普遍性问题,相信对我国企业的改革和发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
