随着我国社会经济的快速发展和国家的宏观管理和调控之下,国有企业也积极参与到改革与调整的道路中来。然而,在进行改革与调整的过程中,国有企业经常会面临着一些各种各样的实际困难和问题,有些问题的严重性甚至会到了激化企业与群众之间矛盾的地步。对此,为了防止企业与群众之间发生实际的冲突,有必要不断的完善国有企业现有的信访工作制度,及时顺利的解决问题,从而缓解和解决国有企业与群众之间的冲突和矛盾。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country and the state’s macro-management and control, state-owned enterprises have also actively participated in the reform and adjustment. However, during the process of reform and adjustment, state-owned enterprises often face a variety of practical difficulties and problems, and the seriousness of some problems can even aggravate the contradiction between the enterprises and the masses. To this end, in order to prevent actual clashes between the enterprises and the masses, it is necessary to constantly improve the existing work system of letters and visits by state-owned enterprises so that the problems can be solved promptly and smoothly so as to ease and resolve the conflicts and conflicts between the state-owned enterprises and the masses.
