本文利用散射离子和X射线的符合技术测量能量为40~120 MeV的多电荷态Cu8+、Cu8+离子与Pb靶碰撞中产生的靶原子的K、L层X射线的产额,研究了K、L层各条X射线产额随入射离子能量的关系,并与ECPSSR理论预测值进行比较。结果表明,实验数据与理论模型给出的总体趋势相同,但随着能量的增加,绝对差异逐渐增大。实验与理论的差异,可能是使用的原子参数多引起的,也可能是ECPSSR理论中相对论波函数使用不恰当引起的,根据实验数据,对理论模型改进提供了数据支持,建议理论工作者综合国内外实验
In this paper, the yields of K, L-layer X-ray of the target atoms generated by collisions of multi-charged Cu8 + and Cu8 + ions with energy of 40-120 MeV were measured by the coincidence technique of scattering and X-ray. Layer X-ray yield with the incident ion energy, and ECPSSR theoretical predictions were compared. The results show that the experimental data and the theoretical model give the same general trend, but with the increase of energy, the absolute difference increases gradually. The difference between the experiment and the theory may be caused by the use of more atomic parameters or may be caused by the improper use of the relativistic wave function in the ECPSSR theory. Based on the experimental data, the data support is provided for the theoretical model improvement. Experiment outside
