采用钛合金板材单面加强修补技术,研究了飞机上常用7050-T7651铝合金壁板裂纹的损伤修补工艺,对修复方法进行了理论计算和有限元数值分析,并对修补件和未修补件进行了静强度拉伸试验。结果表明,用钛合金加强修补壁板裂纹损伤的效果明显优于传统的铝合金加强修补,可显著提高修补强度和表面质量。
The repairing technique of single-side strengthened titanium alloy sheet is adopted to study the damage repairing process of crack on the 7050-T7651 aluminum alloy wall panel commonly used in aircraft. The repairing method is theoretically calculated and analyzed by finite element method. The repaired and un repaired parts are carried out Static tensile test. The results show that the use of titanium alloy to strengthen the repair of cracks in the wall stencil effect is significantly better than the traditional aluminum alloy to strengthen the repair, can significantly improve the repair strength and surface quality.
