目的 :探讨抚触对正常婴儿神经精神及体格发育的影响。方法 :采用北京 GESEL L评定量表对 2 8例抚触婴儿及 37例未抚触婴儿进行测评 ,对比两组婴儿适应性、大动作、精细动作、语言、个人—社交 5个能区的差异 ;测量两组婴儿身长、体重 ,进行对比研究。结果 :抚触组婴儿在适应性、语言、个人—社交 3个能区的发育商优于未抚触组 ,两者有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,大动作和精细动作 2个能区的发育商也高于对照组 ,但无显著性差异 ;身长和体重两者无显著性差异。结论 :抚触对婴儿的神经精神发育有明显的促进作用 ,且对婴儿早期神经精神发育的影响比对体格发育的影响更明显
Objective: To investigate the effect of touching on the neuropsychological and physical development of normal infants. Methods: The Beijing GESEL L rating scale was used to evaluate 28 infants and 37 infants who were non-infants. The infants’ adaptability, big motions, fine motions, language and personal-social differences were compared between the two groups The height and weight of two groups of infants were measured and compared. Results: The developmental quotient of the three groups in adaptability, language and individual-social were higher in the touching group than in the non-touching group, with significant difference (P <0.05), big and fine movements Individual energy zone developers are also higher than the control group, but no significant difference; height and weight were no significant difference between the two. CONCLUSIONS: Touching has a significant promoting effect on the neuropsychological development of infants, and has a more significant effect on early neuropsychological development in infants than on physical development
