本文通过对试验组和对照组学生运用两种职业教育方法,比较两者总就业率、良好就业率、海选面试成功率的差别来引导学生正确自我定位、悦纳自我,强化主体意识和价值感,提高沟通力和适应力,增强性别意识和社会责任感,形成可持续发展的职业观,有利于发展中职护生的健康身心、提高综合素质,增强就业能力。
In this paper, we use the two methods of vocational education to compare the differences of the total employment rate, good employment rate and the success rate of the sea election interview between the experimental group and the control group to guide the students to correctly position themselves, to accept themselves, to strengthen the sense of subject and value Enhance communication and adaptability, enhance gender awareness and sense of social responsibility, and form a sustainable career outlook, which is conducive to the development of health and physical and mental health of secondary nursing students, improving their overall quality and enhancing their employability.
