目的:建立高效液相色谱测定竹节参茎叶中人参皂苷Rg1和Re含量方法。方法:色谱柱Bon Chrom C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相22.5%乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(1:2);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温25℃;检测波长203nm;进样量20μL。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.012 5~0.100 0g.L-1呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7,n=5),平均回收率为95.28%,RSD为0.78%(n=5);人参皂苷Re在0.012 5~0.100 0g.L-1呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为96.37%,RSD为1.73%(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便,准确,灵敏,可用于竹节参茎叶人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in bamboo stem and leaf. Method: Chromatographic column Bon Chrom C18 (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm); mobile phase 22.5% acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water (1:2); flow rate 1.0mL·min-1; column temperature 25°C; detection wavelength 203nm; Sample volume 20μL. RESULTS: The ginsenoside Rg1 showed a good linear relationship between 0.012 5 and 0.100 0 g.L-1 (r=0.999 7, n=5). The average recovery was 95.28% and the RSD was 0.78% (n=5). Ginsenoside Re There was a good linear relationship between 0.012 5 and 0.100 0g.L-1 (r=0.999 9, n=5). The average recovery was 96.37% and the RSD was 1.73% (n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and can be used to determine the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in stem and leaf of Panax japonicus.
