目的:探讨Bmi-1、Caspase-8蛋白表达与卵巢癌发生、发展及复发的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法,测定26例浆液性、22例粘液性、12例内膜样卵巢癌,16例良性卵巢肿瘤和10例正常卵巢组织中Bmi-1、Caspase-8蛋白表达情况。结果:Bmi-1蛋白在卵巢癌组中表达(68.3%)高于良性组(37.5%)和正常组(10.0%);Caspase-8蛋白在卵巢癌组中表达(31.7%)低于良性组(68.8%)和正常组(90.0%);Bmi-1、Caspase-8在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈负相关关系(r=0.296)。结论:Bmi-1、Caspase-8的蛋白作为一种新型肿瘤标志物,与卵巢癌发生、发展及复发密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bmi-1, Caspase-8 and the occurrence, development and recurrence of ovarian cancer. Methods: The expressions of Bmi-1 and Caspase-8 in 26 cases of serous, 22 cases of mucinous, 12 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 16 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue were determined by immunohistochemical SABC method . Results: The expression of Bmi-1 protein in ovarian cancer group was higher than that in benign group (37.5%) and normal group (10.0%). The expression of Caspase-8 protein in ovarian cancer group was lower than that in benign group (68.8%) and normal group (90.0%). The expression of Bmi-1 and Caspase-8 in ovarian cancer was negatively correlated (r = 0.296). Conclusion: The proteins of Bmi-1 and Caspase-8, as a new tumor marker, are closely related to the occurrence, development and recurrence of ovarian cancer.
