目前国内外对钛基合金晶粒细化研究的报道很多,主要是从细晶钛基合金的制备角度研究和介绍了细化方法,对钛基合金成形和加工过程中存在的晶粒细化方法缺乏较系统、完整的总结,这对于材料研究的协调发展是非常不利的。因此本课题以钛基合金晶粒细化机理为线索,构造了以合金成分设计、铸造成形、焊接成形、塑性成形、粉末成形、喷射成形、激光成形、半固态成形及热处理等制备、成形和加工方法为框架的钛基合金晶粒细化体系,希望能为钛基合金的工艺创新和理论创新带来一定的参考和启示。
