食管癌术后的长期生存与淋巴结的转移紧密相关。为了探讨胸段食管癌淋巴结转移的规律,寻求更合理的手术方式,自1996年1月～2000年12月我们对312例胸段食管癌切除时,按区域进行淋巴结清扫,现分析如下。
