The practical experience of rational allocation of human resources and the full development of human resources in hospital construction is introduced. It is the first responsibility of leaders to put top-notch talents at the top position; the environment, mechanism and atmosphere for creating top-notch talents to emerge from the work are the main contents of hospital innovation work. By increasing the overall strength of the hospital, it continuously enhances the cohesion of attracting talents.
