我国的职工持股制度是在西方经济理论和美国员工持股实践的启示下以及认识到本国企业管理模式的弊端开始的,由于还处于探索阶段,我国实行的职工持股制度在法律法规和外部环境上都缺乏相应的支持。本文针对我国职工持股制度存在的问题,分析其原因并提出相应完善该制度的法律建议。
Owing to the enlightenment of western economic theory and American employee stock ownership practice and the defects of our country’s enterprise management mode, China’s employee stock ownership system has begun to be explored. Since the system of employee stock ownership in China is implemented both in laws and regulations and outside Environmental lack of appropriate support. This article aims at the existing problems of the employee stock ownership system in our country, analyzes the reasons and puts forward the legal suggestions to improve the system accordingly.
