高压浸出釜是湿法冶金过程中浸出系统的主要设备。本文针对4.5M3高压浸出釜直径小、开孔多的特点,对其结构进行优化设计,指出了此类设备的制造难点并提出解决方案。
High-pressure leaching kettle is the main equipment leaching system in the hydrometallurgical process. In view of the characteristics of 4.5M3 high-pressure leaching reactor with small diameter and many openings, the structure of the 4.5M3 high-pressure leaching reactor is optimized and its manufacturing difficulties are pointed out and solutions are proposed.
