提出用高温气相扩散法实现对透明铁电PLZT陶瓷的表面改性,并对PLZT-7/65/35陶瓷用箱法扩散进行了改性。测量结果表明:改性后紫外光光敏度提高了2个数量级,且对可见光敏感,具有较为平坦的光响应;由于不再采用高能离子注入技术,成本大大降低,方法也十分简单;为透明铁电PLZT陶瓷向实用化发展提供了一个良好的途径。
The surface modification of transparent ferroelectric PLZT ceramics was proposed by high temperature vapor diffusion method, and the diffusion of PLZT-7/65/35 ceramics by box method was modified. The results show that the UV light sensitivity is improved by two orders of magnitude after the modification, and it is sensitive to visible light and has a relatively flat photoresponse. The cost is greatly reduced because of no longer using high-energy ion implantation technology, and the method is also very simple. Electricity PLZT ceramic provides a good way to practical development.
