顶管工程在管道贯通之前,所有的管节都处于活动状态,采用传统的注浆法抬升会增加管道外壁的摩擦力,影响后续的顶进施工。某穿越黄浦江的大直径顶管工程在顶进过程中发生沉降,为了不影响后续顶进施工,采用了特种注浆技术并结合管内顶升的施工方案,并采用有限元软件对其进行了施工模拟和分析,用来指导和调整施工方案,最终实现了管道的抬升和后续管道的顺利顶进。
