云南省镇雄县武装部在扶贫工作中乐与农民兄弟攀穷亲,交穷反。在给予一定的经济、物力支持的同时,注重在改变农民的思想观念,强化农民依靠科技脱贫致富的意识上下功夫。该武装部多次邀请县农牧局三位有着丰富农技经验的老师到关口办事处举办“绿色证书”培训班,向农民系统地讲授种植业、养殖业等农业科技知识。农牧局的老师将理论与实践相结合,对培训班 Zhenxiong County, Yunnan Province, the armed forces in poverty alleviation work and peasants brothers climbing poor pro-poor.
