目的对桂林地区656例有不良孕产史的夫妇进行外周血染色体检查,探讨桂林地区外周血染色体异常与不良孕产史的关系。方法取患者外周血淋巴细胞进行染色体制备,用常规G显带技术对中期细胞染色体进行核型分析,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 656例患者共检出包括染色体多态改变在内的异常41例,检出率6.25%。其中相互易位8例,占异常染色体的19.5%,罗伯逊易位2例,占异常染色体的4.9%,染色体多态改变31例,占异常染色体的75.6%。结论染色体核型异常是导致不良孕产史的重要原因之一,因此,对有不良孕产史的夫妇进行染色体核型分析是病因诊断的重要依据。对染色体核型异常者进行相关生育指导,从优生优育的角度来说也有着重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities in peripheral blood and the history of adverse pregnancy in 656 couples with adverse pregnancy history in Guilin region. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes were taken for chromosome preparation. The karyotypes of metaphase chromosomes were analyzed by conventional G - banding technique. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 656 patients, 41 cases including abnormal chromosome polymorphism were detected, with a detection rate of 6.25%. Among them, 8 cases were translocated to each other, accounting for 19.5% of abnormal chromosomes, 2 cases of Robertson’s translocation, accounting for 4.9% of abnormal chromosomes, 31 cases of chromosome polymorphism, accounting for 75.6% of abnormal chromosomes. Conclusion Chromosome karyotype abnormality is one of the important causes of adverse pregnancy history. Therefore, karyotype analysis of couples with bad history of pregnancy is the important basis for the diagnosis of etiology. The karyotype of chromosomal abnormalities related to the guidance of childbirth, from the perspective of prenatal and postnatal care is also of great significance.
