在新课标的指导下,初中教育越来越重视学生的艺术素质培养。随着《中小学生艺术素质测评办法》的出台,使初中音乐教育朝“科学育人,因材施教”的方向又迈进了一步。教师在掌握学生音乐艺术素质发展状况的前提下,在基础指标、学业指标和发展指标的引导下,有的放矢地开展教学活动,促进学生全面发展。
Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard, junior high school education pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ artistic quality. With the promulgation of Measures for Measuring the Quality of Primary and Secondary School Students, the junior high school music education has taken another step in the direction of “educating students in a scientific manner and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”. Under the premise of grasping the development of student’s musical art quality, under the guidance of basic indicators, academic indicators and development indicators, teachers carry out targeted teaching activities to promote the all-round development of students.
