浅议旷工、自行离职的界定及处理

在日常劳动管理中,经常碰到因对旷工、自行离职的界定不清并且处理方式不一而引起劳动争议的情况。主要原因在于,在现行劳动法规中,虽然使用了这些概念,但未作解释和界定。实际上,它们之间是有区别的,且应有不同的处理。上述两种行为的共同点是,无正当理由,事先又未获批准,在工作时间未到工作场所上 In day-to-day management of labor, labor disputes often arise because of the unclear definition of absenteeism and leaving on their own, as well as the different treatment methods. The main reason is that although these concepts are used in the existing labor laws and regulations, they are not explained or defined. In fact, there is a difference between them and there should be different treatment. What these two acts have in common is that, without justifiable reasons, they have not been approved in advance and have not reached the work place during working hours
