为了解黄土公路隧道浅埋富水段围岩压力及衬砌受力的特性,对甘泉隧道富水段一次衬砌和仰拱围岩压力、钢拱架应力、一次衬砌和二次衬砌接触压力以及仰拱和二次衬砌混凝土的应力应变随时间变化规律进行施工检测。结果表明:围岩与一次衬砌接触压力分布不均匀,边墙底部表现出了较大压力,钢拱架受力分布不均,但总体上受力很大,最大应力已接近钢材的极限强度,说明由原设计的格栅拱变更为钢支撑是合理的。
In order to understand the characteristics of surrounding rock pressure and lining stress of shallow buried and water rich section of loess tunnel, this paper analyzes the pressure of primary lining and inverted arch wall, the stress of steel arch, the contact pressure between primary lining and secondary lining and the pressure of lining Arch and secondary lining of the stress and strain changes with the law of construction testing. The results show that the contact pressure between the surrounding rock and the primary lining is uneven and the pressure at the bottom of the side wall shows great pressure. The stress distribution of the steel arch is not uniform. However, the overall stress is very large and the maximum stress is close to the ultimate strength of the steel. Description of the original design of the grille arch changed to steel support is reasonable.
