冷轧时为了保证带钢生产的连续性,消除因为焊接质量而造成的断带问题,采用涡流法对焊缝进行检测,在不制作对比试样的情况下,建立试样本身的缺陷阻抗信号与破坏性试验结果的对应关系,以此作为参照去评价缺陷的大小。通过实验验证,缺陷的大小与涡流阻抗信号有很好的吻合性,可以根据建立的对应关系推测缺陷的大小。故用该种涡流检测法对带钢焊缝质量进行检测是非常有效的。
