目的:通过对蓝雪科蓝雪属植物白花丹叶进行生药鉴别试验和抗菌实验,为临床用药提供参考。方法:组织解离,显微观察,水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花丹醌并做体外抑菌实验。结果:确定白花丹叶的性状,显微特征,并测定了白花丹醌的含量为鲜重的0.13%,抗皮肤病真菌的浓度≤1mg/mL。结论:该实验操作方法可行,实验结果可靠,为进一步开展研究抗皮肤病真菌药物提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a reference for the clinical use of drugs by means of identification of traditional Chinese medicine and antibacterial activity of the blue snow bluegrass Carya cathayensis. Methods: Dissolution, microscopic observation and steam distillation were used to extract plumbagin and antibacterial activity in vitro. Results: The traits and microscopic features of C. glauca were determined. The content of plumbagin was 0.13% of the fresh weight and the concentration of antifungal fungi was ≤1 mg / mL. Conclusion: The experimental method is feasible and the experimental results are reliable, which provides the basis for further study on anti dermatophytic fungal drugs.
