目的了解铁路司机健康状况,查找影响铁路司机身体健康的有关因素。方法依据《铁路机车司机职业健康检查规范》(简称《规范》)的有关要求与标准,对某铁路局铁路司机进行职业健康检查。结果该铁路局4 5 3 7人铁路司机接受上述职业健康体检,占该铁路局铁路司机的人数的9 9.8 0%。接受本次健康体检的铁路司机职业健康检查达标率为71.5%。受检铁路司机血压高于《规范》标准占7.4%,听力异常占6.9%,心电图异常占4.9%,眼科异常占1.3%,血常规有异常值的比例占1 0.4%,尿常规有异常值的比例占6%。铁路司机血压、听力、心电图异常均与其的作业环境有关(P<0.0 5)。结论铁路司机健康状况总体情况良好,但也暴露出了一些问题,应引起关注。 Objective To understand the health status of railway drivers and find out the relevant factors that affect the health of railway drivers. Methods Based on the relevant requirements and standards of “Code for Occupational Health Examination of Railway Locomotive Drivers” (referred to as “Code”), an occupational health examination was conducted on railway drivers of a Railway Administration. As a result, 4 537 railway drivers of the railway administration accepted the above occupational health examination, accounting for 9.800% of the railway drivers in the railway administration. The occupational health check-up rate of railway drivers accepting this physical examination was 71.5%. The driver’s blood pressure of the tested railway driver was 7.4% higher than the standard, hearing loss was 6.9%, electrocardiogram abnormality was 4.9%, ophthalmology abnormality was 1.3%, blood routine abnormal value was 1 0.4%, urine routine was abnormal The proportion of 6%. Railway drivers blood pressure, hearing, ECG abnormalities are related to their operating environment (P <0.0 5). Conclusion The overall health status of railway drivers is good, but some problems have also been exposed and should be paid attention to.
