我科于1991年2月～1992年12月,应用国产“WQZ智能微波治疗仪”治疗慢性前列腺炎92例,取得良好疗效,现报道如下。临床资料本组病人92人,均为男性,年龄17～53岁,平均年龄29岁。尿路症状:尿频、尿急、便后尿道口分泌物等;腰、会阴部症状:酸胀、隐痛。及精神神经症状如头晕,失眠,以及性功能方面的表现:阳萎、早泄等。实验室检查:前列腺液常规,卵磷脂小体明显减少。一般减少到(+)～(++),有的仅少许,白细胞和脓细胞大量出现,白细胞在(+)～(+++)范围,脓细胞在(+)～(++)范围。 Our department in February 1991 ~ December 1992, the application of domestic WQZ intelligent microwave therapeutic apparatus for the treatment of chronic prostatitis in 92 cases, and achieved good results, are reported below. Clinical data 92 patients in this group of patients, both men, aged 17 to 53 years, mean age 29 years. Urinary symptoms: urinary frequency, urgency, then the urethral orifice secretions; waist, perineum symptoms: soreness, pain. And neurotic symptoms such as dizziness, insomnia, and sexual performance: impotence, premature ejaculation and so on. Laboratory tests: Prostatic fluid routine, lecithin body significantly reduced. Generally decreased to (+) ~ (++), some only a few, white blood cells and pus in large numbers, white blood cells in the (+) ~ (+++) range, pus in the (+) ~ (++) range.
