通过对江西某低品位铜矿原矿力学性质、粒度组成及磨矿介质进行对比试验,以解决半自磨机自磨粒子含量低和顽固粒子含量高的问题。试验结果表明,该矿矿石属于中等偏软高韧性矿石,易泥化,存在选择性磨矿现象;半自磨机采用新型材质φ120 mm钢球磨矿效果最佳,与传统材质同规格和不同规格钢球方案相比,自磨介质含量高,-2.5 mm合格粒子含量高,能有效提高半自磨机处理能力及生产效率。
By comparing the mechanical properties, particle size composition and grinding media of a low-grade copper mine in Jiangxi Province, the problems of low content of self-abrasive particles and high content of stubborn particles in the semi-autogenous mill are solved. The test results show that the ore belongs to moderately soft and ductile ores, easy to mud and has the phenomenon of selective grinding. The semi-autogenous mill with the new material of φ120 mm steel ball has the best grinding effect, which is the same with traditional materials with the same specification and different specifications Compared with the steel ball program, the high self-abrasive medium content and the high qualified particle content of -2.5 mm can effectively improve the processing capacity and production efficiency of the semi-autogenous mill.
