本文利用NASTRAN敏度优化工具,研究了等效简支边界条件的整体梁立柱设计方法,给出了不同梁腹板尺寸下立柱尺寸。通过与组合梁立柱设计的经验公式比较,验证了组合梁立柱设计的刚度要求并不适用于等效简支边界条件的整体梁立柱。依据有限元模拟结果,总结了便于工程快速设计的公式,并通过与有限元结果比较,验证了该公式的与有限元结果具有较高的一致性。
In this paper, the design method of integral beam column with equivalent simple support boundary conditions is studied by using NASTRAN sensitivity optimization tool, and the column size under different beam web sizes is given. Compared with the empirical formula of the composite beam column design, it is verified that the rigidity requirement of the composite beam column design does not apply to the integral beam column with equivalent simple supported boundary conditions. Based on the results of finite element simulation, the formula to facilitate the rapid design of the project is summarized. Compared with the finite element results, the results show that the formula is in good agreement with the finite element method.
