目的：探讨提高咽旁间隙肿瘤诊断率的方法。方法：回顾性分析超声和 Ｃ Ｔ 联合诊断２５ 例咽旁肿瘤的临床资料。结果：术前诊断与术后诊断的符合率达９２％ ；二者结合能全方位揭示肿瘤的形态、范围及性质，协助选择手术进路。结论：二者联用对此类肿瘤的诊断有着互补作用，因此有较好的临床价值。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the diagnosis of parapharyngeal space tumors. Methods: The clinical data of 25 cases of parapharyngeal neoplasms diagnosed by ultrasound and C T were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The coincidence rate of preoperative diagnosis and postoperative diagnosis reached 92%. The combination of the two could comprehensively reveal the morphology, scope and nature of the tumor and help to select the surgical approach. Conclusion: The combination of the two has a complementary effect on the diagnosis of such tumors, so it has good clinical value.
