目的:研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)对儿童生长发育的影响。方法:对582例2.5~10岁儿童进行多导睡眠监测,得出AHI,同时测量其身高及体重,得出体质指数(BMI)。按AHI从0~6次/h以每增加1次/h为一组分为6组,与正常同年龄段同性别儿童BMI进行比较研究。结果:男性儿童在AHI≥2,女性儿童在AHI≥1时,BMI均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:当AHI≥2时,患儿的生长发育与正常儿童相比出现明显异常。
Objective: To study the effect of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) on children’s growth and development. Methods: A total of 582 children aged 2.5 to 10 years were monitored by polysomnography. AHI was measured and their height and weight were measured to obtain the body mass index (BMI). According to the AHI from 0 to 6 times / h for each additional 1 / h for a group divided into 6 groups, with the same age children of the same sex BMI comparative study. Results: There was a significant difference in BMI between AHI≥2 and AHI≥1 for male children (all P <0.01). Conclusion: When AHI≥2, the growth and development of children showed obvious abnormalities compared with normal children.
