本试验研究了湖北海棠成年实生树阶段转变过程中叶片内多胺、DNA和RNA含量以及可溶性蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明,随着实生树从童区向成年区的转变,叶片内源多胺总量、腐胺、精胺和尸胺含量下降,至成年区除尸胺外,其余变化趋于平稳;叶片中DNA、可溶性蛋白质含量随叶片着生位置的上升而增加。RNA含量和RNA/DNA值初始逐渐上升,至实生树2m高度位置达到峰值后呈下降趋势,成年区叶片DNA含量和RNA含量均极显著高于童区叶片。可溶性蛋白质含量随叶片着生位置的上升而增加。
In this study, we studied the changes of polyamines, DNA and RNA contents and soluble protein contents during the growth of adult real-life tree in Begonia. The results showed that the content of endogenous polyamines, putrescine, spermine and cadaverine decreased with the growth of the tree from the child area to the adult area, and remained stable except for cadaverine in adult area. The content of DNA and soluble protein increased with the placement of leaves. RNA content and RNA / DNA value initially increased gradually and reached the peak value at the height of 2 m, and then decreased. The content of DNA and RNA in adult leaves were significantly higher than those in the leaves of children. Soluble protein content increased with the placement of leaves.
