市场经济的发展和经济体制改革的推进,完善了国有企业的发展方式和运行方式,也对国企思想政治工作模式的创新提出了更高的要求。做好国企的思想政治工作,有利于激发员工的工作热情和塑造特色企业文化,对进一步推进国企改革和发展具有十分重要的意义。但是,国企传统思想政治工作模式,在一定程度上限制了员工工作积极性,不利于企业高效有序的运行。因此,本文在分析国企思想政治工作重要作用的基础上,从工作理念、工作内容和工作形式等方面探究国企思想政治工作模式的创新途径。
The development of the market economy and the promotion of the reform of the economic system have perfected the mode of development and operation of the state-owned enterprises and put forward higher requirements on the innovation of the mode of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. Doing ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is conducive to arousing the enthusiasm of employees and shaping a distinctive corporate culture, which is of great significance to further promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. However, the traditional mode of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises restricts the enthusiasm of employees to a certain extent and is not conducive to the efficient and orderly operation of enterprises. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the important role of the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises, this article explores the innovative ways of the ideological and political work mode of the state-owned enterprises from such aspects as the work concept, the work content and the work form.
