鳗鱼以其肉质鲜美、滋补强身的独特功效而深受广大消费者喜爱,具有“水中人参”之美誉。近年来随着我国饲料工业的发展,鳗鱼的养殖在我国发展迅猛,但随之不同程度地出现了饲料在水中散失、饲料利用率低的问题。为了降低饲料系数、改善饲料的适口性,1993年12月30日至1994年4月7日,我们在中外合资广州化十实业有限公司支持下,进行了饲料中添加鳗鱼用化十香味素养殖鳗鱼的试验,从鳗鱼对饲料的摄食、转化及利用效果方面作了试验,取得了令人满意的结果。
