目的研究富硒超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)绿茶对老龄大鼠机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法14月龄雌性清洁级SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白对照组、普通绿茶组和富硒SOD绿茶组,每组10只。饲喂常规饲料基础上分别灌胃蒸馏水、普通绿茶粉溶液、富硒SOD绿茶粉溶液。45d后测定各组大鼠血清和肝脏的SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果普通绿茶组血清MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清SOD和肝组织GSH-Px的活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);富硒SOD绿茶组动物各项指标测定值与普通绿茶组和空白对照组相比差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普通绿茶和富硒SOD绿茶均能有效提高老龄大鼠机体抗氧化能力,但富硒SOD绿茶效果更好。
Objective To study the effect of selenium-enriched superoxide dismutase (SOD) green tea on antioxidant capacity of aged rats. Methods 14-month-old female SD rats were divided into blank control group, normal green tea group and selenium-enriched SOD green tea group according to the random number table method, 10 in each group. Digested water, ordinary green tea powder solution, and selenium-enriched SOD green tea powder solution were separately fed on the basis of conventional feed. After 45 days, the activities of SOD and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in serum and liver of each group were determined. Results The serum MDA content in the common green tea group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The activity of serum SOD and liver tissue GSH-Px were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the indexes of the animals in the selenium-rich SOD green tea group were determined. Values were significantly different from those of normal green tea group and blank control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Both ordinary green tea and selenium-enriched SOD green tea can effectively increase the antioxidant capacity of aged rats, but selenium-enriched SOD green tea is more effective.
