杨梅树皮为杨梅科植物杨梅(Myrica rubra)的干燥树皮,用于收敛和止血。杨梅树皮中含有黄酮醇葡糖苷杨梅树皮苷及环型二芳基庚酮类杨梅醇(1)与杨梅酮(2)等。本次在分离、鉴定3种新的环型二芳基庚酮类葡糖苷的同时,以小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞探讨了其NO生成抑制作用。 实验与结果:用溶剂分级分离杨梅树皮(产于中国广东省)的甲醇提取物,经正相和反相硅胶柱层析及HPLC分离纯化,除
The bark of bayberry is the dry bark of Myrica rubra, a plant used for astringency and hemostasis. The bark of bayberry contains flavonol glucoside myricitrin and cyclic diaryl heptanone myriciol (1) and myricetin (2). At the same time as the isolation and identification of three new cyclic diarylheptanone glucosides, the inhibition of NO production was investigated in mouse peritoneal macrophages. EXPERIMENTAL AND RESULTS: The methanol extract of bayberry bark (produced in Guangdong Province, China) was fractionated by solvent and purified by normal and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and HPLC.
