为提高模具型腔平面铣削的加工效率,提出了一种余料加工的方法,即进行2次加工,第1次选取半径较大的刀具快速切削大部分材料,第2次选取半径较小的刀具只对剩下的余料进行切削.这样大大地缩短了加工时间,提高了加工效率.分析了余料产生的位置,给出了余料区域的计算方法,生成了加工刀轨.算法在SupermanCAD/CAM系统中实现,实践表明,算法稳定、可靠,具有很好的工程应用价值.
In order to improve the processing efficiency of the plane cavity milling, a method of extra material processing is proposed, that is, two times of machining are carried out. The first selection of the tool with the larger radius rapidly cuts most of the material, the second selects the smaller radius The cutter cuts only the remaining material. This greatly shortens the processing time and improve the processing efficiency. The location of the residual material was analyzed, the calculation method of the residual material area was given, and the machining tool path was generated. The algorithm is implemented in SupermanCAD / CAM system. Practice shows that the algorithm is stable and reliable, and has good engineering application value.
