目的了解广东省HIV1亚型的流行规律及其与国际参考株的同源性。方法应用套式聚合酶链反应(PCR)对108例广东省HIV1感染者淋巴细胞富集液的核酸样品进行扩增,并使用ABI377型测序仪对扩增产物测序后,对其外膜蛋白(ENV)基因C2V3段的核酸序列进行比较分析。结果108份血样中,44份为AE重组亚型,与国际参考株01AE.TH.90.CM240最近,基因离散率为(8.644±1.273)%,组内离散率为(7.302±4.639)%;40份为07BC重组亚型,与国际参考株CN.97.C54A最近,基因离散率为(2.163±1.313)%,组内离散率为(3.388±1.686)%;14份为08BC重组亚型,与国际参考株97CNGX9F最近,基因离散率为(2.757±2.027)%,组内离散率为(3.728±1.971)%;10份为B亚型,其中9份为泰国B′,与国际参考株RL42最近,基因离散率为(5.687±2.232)%,组内离散率为(5.879±2.542)%;1份为欧美B,与国际参考株US.86.JRFL最近,基因距离为8.50%。结论广东省HIV1流行株以AE和07BC重组亚型为主,也存在08BC重组亚型、泰国B亚型和欧美B亚型。
Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV1 subtype in Guangdong Province and its homology with the international reference strains. Methods Nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify 108 cases of HIV-1-infected lymphocyte-enriched nucleic acid samples from Guangdong Province. The amplified product was sequenced by ABI377 sequencer, ENV) gene C2V3 segment of the nucleic acid sequence comparative analysis. Results Among the 108 blood samples, 44 were AE subtypes. The genetic divergence rate was (8.644 ± 1.273)% with the international reference strain 01AE.TH.90.CM240, and the intra - group variance rate was (7.302 ± 4.639)%. 40 were 07BC recombinant subtypes, with the most recent international reference strain CN.97.C54A, the gene dispersive rate was (2.163 ± 1.313)%, intra-group discrete rate was (3.388 ± 1.686)%, 14 were 08BC recombinant subtypes, With the international reference strain 97CNGX9F, the rate of gene dispersal was (2.757 ± 2.027)% and the rate of intrassential dispersion was (3.728 ± 1.971)%. 10 were subtype B, of which 9 were Thai B ’ Recently, the genetic dispersion rate was (5.687 ± 2.232)%, and the intra-group dispersion rate was (5.879 ± 2.542)%. One was European and American B, and the most recent was the international reference strain US.86.JRFL. The genetic distance was 8.50%. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV1 and 07BC in Guangdong Province is mainly of the subtype 08BC, subtype B of Thailand and subtype B of Europe and America.
