近期,对于不断曝出的文物保护乱象,公众给予了高度关注,并表达了强烈的谴责。矛盾激辩过后必然是冷静的思考,面对发展与保护的平衡和对决,以及多方利益的交织纠结,我们将如何传承和守护好这些历史的文化基因,使它们不再遭受不必要的创伤?其他国家的一些立法经验和实践做法也许能带给我们一些启示。法国:颁布世界上第一部保护文化遗产的现代法律法国在文物保护方面也曾经历经毁灭性的浩劫。大革命时期,一座座宫殿教堂湮没于汹涌澎湃的革命大潮中,矗立400年的巴士底监狱被作为封建统治的象征夷为平地。

In the face of contradictions and disputes, we must think calmly.
