目的抑制肿瘤细胞生长是治疗肿瘤的重要基础。本文比较二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)和维甲酸对人食管癌细胞生长抑制的影响。方法用生长曲线、剂量-效应曲线、~3H-TdR掺入、MTT比色分析、细胞周期的流式术检测、PCNA及CyclinD1免疫组化等多项指标反映细胞增殖改变。结果二甲基亚砜和三氧化二砷对食管癌细胞株生长的抑制作用较传统的维甲酸效果更强。结论本文强烈提示二甲基亚砜和三氧化二砷有良好应用前景。
Objective To inhibit the growth of tumor cells is an important basis for the treatment of tumors. This article compares the effects of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), arsenic trioxide (As2O3) and retinoic acid on the growth inhibition of human esophageal cancer cells. Methods Growth curves, dose-response curves, ~3H-TdR incorporation, MTT colorimetric analysis, cell cycle flow cytometry, PCNA, and CyclinD1 immunohistochemistry were used to reflect changes in cell proliferation. Results The inhibitory effect of dimethyl sulfoxide and arsenic trioxide on the growth of esophageal cancer cells was stronger than that of traditional retinoic acid. Conclusion This article strongly suggests that dimethyl sulfoxide and arsenic trioxide have good application prospects.
