这里介绍一种用滚动轴承作行星减速机构的装置,它具有传动平稳、结构紧凑、噪声小等特点,适用于小功率、轻负荷的机械传动。其结构如图a所示,装在电机主轴上的两个滚动轴承支承的皮带轮可以自由轮动,两个轴承间装有套,轴套使其轴向定位。销的一端紧配合在皮带轮上,另一端套入球轴承的保持架的铆钉上(销的一端是空心的)。球轴承的内圈紧配合在轴套上,外圈由卡箍固定。卡箍由L型螺栓紧固,L型螺栓另一端插入端头带环的螺栓,而该螺栓的另一端固定在电机安装架上。传动路线:当电机转动时,轴套和球轴承的内圈同速转动,从而驱动球轴承的滚动体和保持架沿固定的外圈运动,皮带轮则通过销而随轴承的保持架转动。传速比计算:为了计算方便,把图a简化成图b,视轴承滚动体为行星齿轮2,其直径为d,滚动体沿外圈的轨道为齿轮3,其直径为D_i,滚动体沿内圈的轨道为外齿轮1,其直径为D_o,皮带轮和销为系杆H。按行星轮机构的传动比计算:
