为提高多媒体DS-CDMA系统的中断率性能,提出了一种改进的功率控制方案.该方案根据多媒体DS-CDMA系统中不同业务具有不同数据速率、误码率门限和处理增益的特点,对不同的业务使用不同的基站接收功率.根据方案所确定的基站接收功率,进而控制用户终端的发射功率.此功率控制方法可使多媒体DS-CDMA系统在不增加系统总发射功率的同时,大大提高系统的中断率性能.分析表明,在固定中断率门限的条件下,中断率性能的提高直接意味着DS-CDMA系统容量的提高.
In order to improve the interrupt rate performance of multimedia DS-CDMA system, an improved power control scheme is proposed. According to the different data rate, bit error rate threshold and processing gain of different services in multimedia DS-CDMA system, this scheme uses different base station receiving power for different services. According to the scheme, the base station receives the power and further controls the transmit power of the user terminal. The power control method can make the multimedia DS-CDMA system not only increase the total transmit power of the system, but also greatly improve the system’s interrupt rate performance. The analysis shows that under the condition of a fixed interrupt rate threshold, the improvement of the interrupt rate performance directly implies the improvement of the capacity of the DS-CDMA system.
