目的:鉴于蒙脱石散原质量标准中蒙脱石的吸附力是用毒性较大价格昂贵的硫酸士的宁来测定的,因此现用亚甲蓝测定蒙脱石的吸附力。方法:用0.2%亚甲蓝为标准溶液,磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.8)为稀释溶液,在665nm的波长处测定吸收度。结果:本法专属性强、灵敏。亚甲蓝在0.36~4.32μg·mL-1内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。结论:本法操作简便毒性小,准确,重现性好,适用于蒙脱石吸附力的测定。
OBJECTIVES: In view of the fact that the adsorption capacity of montmorillonite in montmorillonite powder is determined by the rather toxic and expensive strychnine sulfate, the adsorption capacity of montmorillonite is now measured with methylene blue. Methods: 0.2% methylene blue as standard solution, phosphate buffer (pH6.8) as a dilute solution, absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 665nm. Results: This law is special and sensitive. Methylene blue had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.36 ~ 4.32μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9997). Conclusion: The method is simple, easy to operate and has low toxicity, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of montmorillonite adsorption.
