本文对12V175ZJ型柴油机在增压器换型后引起的通风口(呼吸口)慢性窜油问题进行了较为详尽的分析,指出增压器回油使曲轴箱背压升高及呼吸口通风量不适应是造成窜油的主要原因。并通过柴油机试验台对曲轴箱背压及通风口窜油情况进行了一系列试验研究。提出了减少曲轴箱背压解决窜油的具体设计改进措施,并通过对改进方案的验证,达到了消除通风口窜油的目的,缩短了柴油机台架试验时间,取得了比较满意的效果。
