广东广铝集团实际生产中必须大量使用8~12℃的冷冻水对模具或产品进行降温处理,集团6台37 k W的冷冻机组必须24 h运行,为了利用冷却水的余热,提出了一种基于PLC与变频器的冷却水余热利用技术,用于员工生活用水的加热。在机组内串联新的冷凝器,并增加热水储水罐及PLC与变频器的自动控制系统,提取余热加热储水罐中的生活用水,从而代替老式柴油锅炉烧水系统,有效降低综合能耗,达到节能减排的目的。
